Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of purchase under normal circumstances. We ship across the world globally.
Shipping times:
Please note that all shipping times are a guideline only and any shipping delays via third party couriers are outside our control. We recommend you review your tracking regularly for updates.
- We ship all orders within 2-3 business days, under normal circumstances
- Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors such as courier delays but you should receive your order within 10 business days under standard circumstances
Shipping cost:
- Order above $100, qualifies for Free shipping across A&NZ
- Less than $100, there will be $15 for standard shipping and $30 for express shipping locally in A&NZ
- For all International shipping we charge a flat rate $50 for all standard sizes
If damages have been incurred during shipping - Maya Wall Art will replace the artwork at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48hrs if this has occurred with photos of the damage and we will help you with it - you will be required to provide photos of external packaging and the damages of the product. Please double check you have entered the correct details before placing your order.
Maya Wall Art is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by third party shipping and courier companies, we wish we could be however sadly these things are out of our control.
