Can I return a product I don't like anymore?

Please choose carefully, we don't offer refunds / returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong decisions or incorrect choice. Artworks are artistically designed & edited pieces, if you have any queries about a particular artwork - please contact us before placing your order.

When are returns accepted?

At Maya Wall Arts we believe that customer satisfaction is key - therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 14 days of delivery, which is not as per the specifications ordered by you-

• Wrong Size
• Wrong Colour
• Wrong Quantity
• Defective
• Damaged, or
• Significantly different from the description given on Maya Wall Art website

Please take photos of the damage and share with us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on art items.

Refunds on faulty items:

You can avail a refund or reprint of the faulty items. In case of refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
