At Maya, we process orders as soon as it has been placed and artworks can't be cancelled once an order has been placed. Please choose your artworks and designs carefully.

Orders that require shipping within the Australia will be delivered within five to ten business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the Australia may take up to 21 business days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Orders within Australia qualify for Free shipping as below,

• Order above $100 AUD , qualifies for Free shipping

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Please choose carefully, we don't offer refunds / returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong decisions or incorrect choice. Artworks are artistically designed & edited pieces, if you have any queries about a particular artwork - please contact us before placing your order.

You can avail a refund or reprint of the faulty items. In case of refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. At Maya Wall Arts we believe that customer satisfaction is key - therefore we stand behind all merchandise bought at our site. We will replace any order within 14 days of delivery, which is not as per the specifications ordered by you-

• Significantly different from the description given on Maya Wall Art website

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email.
