Construction & Materials

The wooden frame is made of environment friendly fir. It has no smell, solid material structure, high intensity and long service life. The default thickness of our frames are 3cm depth.

Our canvas is made of 80% polyester and 20% cotton mixture 320gsm. It has high elasticity and abrasion resistance in dry and wet condition, the size is stable, the shrinkage rate is small, it is easy to clean and quick drying.

We use Epson high definition printer for all prints, it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and it will never be fade.

All our canvases come stretched on a timber frame ready to hang. Each and every process is controlled by experienced technicians and with exquisite craftsmanship. Final canvas are waterproof and UV protected - all you need to do is wipe it with a dry cloth.

Our art prints come in 3 different types for you to choose from based on your budget and preference.

  • Matt art 190 - premium art paper printed using latex technology       
  • Wall art 250 - 250 gsm thick paper printed using Epson printers archival inks with colours that never fade - over 200 years warranty as per Epson  
  • Fine art Cotton - 310 gsm archival cotton paper printed using archival inks with a warranty of over 400 years as per Epson                                   
  • Our canvases are delivered stretched across a timber frame and arrive ready to hang.

    Our giclée/art prints are delivered either rolled in a tube or flat in a mailer box (depending on size & art material you order), ready for you to frame and hang. Note: frames not included.

    Orders and Payments

    We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept payment by PayPal & After Pay. If you decide to use PayPal or After Pay, you'll be taken to their respective website to process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

    We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.mayawallart.com.au/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

    This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at arts.maya@yahoo.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

    At Maya, we value customer service and speed. So we process orders as soon as it has been placed and artworks can't be cancelled once an order has been placed. Please choose your artworks and designs carefully.

    Orders are prepare in 2-4 business days ready to be dispatched, once ready they are shipped immediately. Standard shipping times apply from the dispatch date i.e. within the Australia they will be delivered within seven to ten business days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the Australia may take up to 21 business days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

    Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to dispatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

    Shipping and Delivery

    Delivery costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Orders within Australia qualify for Free shipping as below,

    • Order above $100 AUD , qualifies for FREE shipping 
    • Less than $100 AUD, there will be $15 for standard shipping and $30 for express shipping
    Also always please double check you have entered the correct details before placing your order.

    If damages have been incurred during shipping - Maya Wall Art will replace the artwork at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48hrs if this has occurred with photos of the damage and we will help you with it - you will be required to provide photos of external packaging and the damages of the product.     Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO boxes. Delivery must be to a physical address. We're more than happy to deliver to your company or work address too.

    We are a global marketplace and ship to most regions worldwide. However, shipping costs vary. Please contact us at arts.maya@yahoo.com if any questions before placing an order.

    Every single canvas print will be wrapped with a shrink film and 4 corner protections, and single carton box for each order, if your order is large, it will be packaged into separate boxes.
